The newest interchange on Highway 103 opened Wednesday night.
Exit 5A at Ingramport was originally slated to open in September.
That was delayed after it was decided to add a trail bridge to allow pedestrians, cyclist and ATV riders to continue to use the Rails to Trails path.
The Ingramport Interchange and Connector is now open to traffic.

Minister Geoff MacLellan says the $17 million interchange was opened with very little fanfare.
“It’s transportation infrastructure. I don’t think we need a ribbon to allow people to get home and back on the highways. We opened it to traffic officially as soon as it was ready.”
MacLellan says the way is now open to consider twinning the 103.
“The Ingramport interchange is obviously a critical piece. You couldn’t move on with twinning without it. Like all of these corridors there will be a plan to twin them eventually – it’s just the timeline. Is it decades away or is it much sooner?”
MacLellan says that decision will be made once commuters decide if they are willing to pay tolls to have the highway twinned sooner.
