A 43 year-old woman has died following a two vehicle crash on Cape Sable Island.
RCMP say a head-on collision involving a one-ton cube van and a small car happened around 6:30 last night in North East Point.
The woman, who was the only person in the car, died at the scene.
Police say she was from the Barrington area.
The driver and two passengers in the cube van were not injured.
RCMP say they don’t expect any charges to be laid.
