The Municipality of Barrington has a new chief administrative officer.
Rob Frost will be leaving his position with the province’s Department of Municipal Affairs.
He says he’s excited to work with council.
“I’ve heard a lot of good things about Barrington,” he says, “about the staff they have there and about the council, and about the people in general. I know Barrington has a lot of potential.”
The municipality moved to a CAO system instead of a municipal clerk following a vote last September.
Frost currently lives in the Annapolis Valley but says he’s planning a move to the area.
His first day on the job will be March 14th.
