The third court appearance for Terry Johnson in relation to the murder of Kenneth Savory took place Wednesday morning.
During the session, Judge Paul Scoville at the request of Johnson’s lawyer pushed proceedings back to August 25.
Scoville also added Johnson’s bail eligibility will be determined at a later date by the Nova Scotia Supreme Court.
Johnson, who attended Wednesday’s hearing via video call was later remanded back into custody where he will remain until a decision is made in relation to his bail status.
Johnson is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 44-year-old Savory, who according to police was killed June 17 in the Dublin Shore area after being struck by a truck.
