Lunenburgers will gather tomorrow to hear more about water issues.
The town will host the event to discuss topics ranging from wastewater and bio-filters for the plant to harbour water quality initiatives.
Mayor Bailey says a lot of misinformation has been circulating and this is a great opportunity to share what they know and answer resident’s questions.
“Harbour health and wastewater treatment are perhaps complicated topics on some levels. So we just want to make sure that we are as transparent and available and can provide as much information as people might be looking for.”
A presentation will be made to start the evening before subject matter experts will break off into smaller groups to answer questions.
The session gets underway at 7:00pm at the Lunenburg Fire Hall on Medway Street.
