7 Courses of Pure Delight. Spice level was mild, and freshness and flavour were off the charts.
This tasting menu is available for a limited time only – let yourself be transported with the tastes and flavoUrs of Southeast Asia.
Vietnamese cooking is based on a five-prong philosophy and meals feature a combination of five fundamental tastes – sweet, salty, bitter, sour, and spicy and often five colours.
Common ingredients: lemongrass, ginger, mint, Vietnamese mint, brown sugar, long coriander, Saigon cinnamon, bird’s eye chili, soy sauce, lime, and Thai basil leaves.
The chef includes some of Vietnam’s most well known dishes and creates a tasty dessert of banana fritters that’s the perfect ending.

Tasting Menu:
Scallop with chili oil, cilantro and scallion
Green Mango Salad
Crispy Chicken
