International Women’s Day is just as important now as it was when it started in 1911.The first International Women’s Day was held on March 19, 1911, with rallies advocating for women’s suffrage and rights.
This year we are celebrating 115 years of International Women’s Day, and this year’s theme is “Give to Gain”.
The theme shines a light on how generosity, collaboration and support will help women thrive.
You can “Give to Gain” through donations, knowledge, resources, infrastructure, visibility, advocacy, education, training, mentoring, or time.
