I hear a lot of people talking about cancelled plans as the day comes up when they were supposed to be enjoying time away. Today I was supposed to be waking up in Vancouver. BC, but it seems nobody will be going anywhere for a while.
The question is would you if you could?
When restrictions from the pandemic start to lift , will you be hopping a plane right away, or will you be waiting. I feel like I will still be a bit hesitant to travel far for some time.
Through all this, I feel bad for the travel agents and everyone dependent on people travelling and the tourist industry as a whole.
I think we may be seeing more promotions like the one for Sicily as the boarders open and we have more freedom to leave our homes.
Sicily is offering half price flights, free admission to attractions and they will pay part of your hotel costs….
