It’s Cinco De Mayo, But I Want To Taco About Burgers

Last night I had to take some burger out of the freezer to thaw since today is Cinco de Mayo, and tacos are on the menu for tonight. Tacos are tasty, don’t get me wrong, but I have to say a straight up burger always hits the spot. If you agree, then we are in luck since May is “Burger Month” and will wrap up with National Burger Day on May 28th.
Some look at that date as the day to enjoy a burger, but I look at it as the day to celebrate with the perfect burger. That means we have all month to develop that taste of perfection between a sesame seed bun.

This week there has been an extension of a Burger Week in Mahone Bay, so if you are from the area and didn’t make it in last week, you still have until Sunday to enjoy.
