There is a lot of excitement around this afternoon’s provincial CoVid update as it looks like Nova Scotia is on track for some easing restrictions tomorrow. We will find out more at 3pm, but hopefully that is the case as it would be great for things to get back to normal, or closer to it at least.
Aside from the disappointment caused by limited interaction with family members and friends. We also have another summer without concerts, car shows, exhibitions and 4-H. For those of you that are missing celebrating the Head Heart Health and Hands and learning to do by doing, I have a treat for you!
The first provincial celebration of the year for the 4-H program used to be held each May in Truro and included a weekend of competitions, wrapping up with “4-H Night in Nova Scotia.” Well that along with the Nova Scotia 4-H Provincial Show in the fall have both been on hold, until now!
This weekend you can enjoy a virtual version of “4-H Night in Nova Scotia”! Sunday evening (June 20, 2021) on YouTube at 7pm.
The event will feature the winning speeches from our public speaking competition, scholarship announcements, our Ambassador competition, Poster Competition and more!
