So many pictures from the first day back to school. Hopefully it was great for everyone, teachers, bus drivers and parents included.
We are not at that stage, but there is certainly learning happening and milestones being met at our place. I am happy to report that we are sitting one and one for first words. Our oldest had “Mama” as his first and now our youngest has started off with “Dada”. Not surprising these are the two most popular first words.

Not gonna lie, I was very scared and still am, of what words could be uttered by our little ones. One slip is all it takes. Last Christmas our oldest was “helping” me untangle the lights to go on the tree. I dropped a bulb and it shattered and before I caught myself I said S#*T… So all season whenever he saw Christmas lights he would point and say “SH%! Daddy”.
