Shopping last night was a bit scary. Knowing that deliveries were received yesterday and the shelves still empty makes me wonder what the stores will look like on Christmas Eve. I also realized that my chances of finding red pepper jelly are as slim as us seeing a white Christmas this year.
One tradition we used to enjoy here at the station in a pre-covid world, was homemade waffles on Christmas Eve morning. In case you were planning on making something similar and you have picked up some mix for a little help in the kitchen…. you might want to take a peek at this recall.
