That’s a wrap!
Back from what I hope was a very Merry Christmas, even with the challenges around the number of people that could gather together and the restrictions around activities that in some cases were tradition.
Looking back over the past few days at our house the highlight was the kids for sure. Our oldest was vibrating with excitement and even though I’m sure our youngest didn’t completely understand everything that was happening, he followed our oldest’s lead and was even able to open some of his own gifts.
Haha, the cat even opened his own gift and got high on catnip Christmas morning.

What was your highlight as you reflect back over the past few days and Christmas 2021?
I see that there was a survey conducted with our neighbors to the south asking the worst parts of the holidays. Made for an interesting read.
Americans Confess: What Are the Worst Parts of the Holiday Season?
Now we are in that awkward, do I say “Merry Christmas”, or should it be “Happy New Year”, or is “Happy Holidays” the only safe greeting…. If you figure it out, let me know.
