UPDATE: Bridgewater School Evacuated Due To Bomb Threat

UPDATE (3:45): The School is now accessible to students who would like to retrieve their belongings.

________________________________________________

Some 400 students were evacuated from Bridgewater Junior Senior High this morning. Police say they received a report of a bomb threat shortly before lunch.

Once there teachers and staff quickly began making sure a head count was completed. Parents were allowed to pick up their children around 12:30.

The school was cleared and access to nearby streets has been reinstated. However, administration at the school has informed us direct access to the school building is not yet allowed. No word yet from Bridgewater Police on what, if anything was found at the school.
