Cuddling Your Dog Is Good For Your Mental Health!!!! “Duh”!!!

Pretty sure we all knew this already…but it’s always nice to know that there is actual science behind it.

Cuddling your dog, or even your friends dog, is good for your Mental Health.

Animal Therapy has been around for a very long time…and new research from the University of British Columbia, says that if you cuddle/touch a dog, it will increase your well-being.

They did a study with students, where they looked at ways to reduce their stress levels before school returns this year. (Talk about the best research study EVER).

The biggest thing they noticed, was how doggies reduce overall stress. The best results were when the students were able to interact with the dogs one-on-one.
