Returning a product to Amazon just got easier for Canadians.
Staples locations across the Country are now accepting Amazon returns and you don’t even need to re-package them or print off a label.
To initiate a return, customers create a QR code by visiting the Amazon.ca “Your Orders” page, clicking “Return or Replace Items” and following the prompts.
Customers then bring eligible items to the drop-off location in the original manufacturer’s packaging and it will be packed and shipped at no extra cost.
