Robin Scott Is Ready To Hit Reset After 25 Years

After 25 years as the Town of Lunenburg’s Recreation Director, Robin Scott has announced his retirement.

Scott says being charged with providing opportunities for fun is the best gig in town.

He says much has changed during his tenure and is particularly proud of Lunenburg’s recreation facilities and location.

“We’re very fortunate, we have an incredibly good set-up with respect to our facilities, the arena, the curling club, community centre, skate park, the track, ball diamond, a soccer field and tennis courts all in one area,” said Scott.

Scott plans to spend more time with family out west.

He officially retires next March.
