I am fully on board with this one! A new e-petition brought before the House of Commons is asking the government to direct the CRTC to limit the amount of time someone can be kept on hold when calling a cell phone or internet company.
I’m sure we’ve all been put on hold for far too long, and it can feel impossible to get anything done when all you hear is that awful music!
So far, the petition has garnered only about 300 signatures, but there’s still plenty of time to add your name and have your say! SIGN HERE
