RCMP is asking people to be on the look out for a mail scam in Queens County.
An official looking letter has arrived on some people’s doorsteps claiming they’ve won millions of dollars. The letter is from a VNA Bank or VNA Legal Services, a company the police say isn’t real.
It asks the winner to send 30 dollars in an enclosed envelope to receive the prize.
Those who’ve received the letter are asked not to send any money, and to contact the Queens RCMP.
