Routine Work Starting On Highway 103

Expect delays on the 103 near Exit 12 for the next few weeks.

The highway will be down to one lane while repairs are made.

Lyle Russell with the Department of Transportation this is part of routine highway maintenance.

“The department is in the process of brush cutting,” he says “which will be followed by cold-planing and two-lift overlay re-paving.”

He says drivers should allow extra time for their commute or try taking an alternate route.

Work is expected to wrap up in early July.
