Library Shows Love For Lunenburg With Lego

Youth and families are getting a chance to show off their Lego skills.

South Shore Public Libraries is running a contest to see who can build the best representation of something that inspires them about Lunenburg.

It’s all part of the towns 263rd Birthday Celebrations.

Deputy Chief Librarian, Jeff Mercer, says he’s excited to see what people come up with.

“I think a martian landscape might not work, just ’cause it’s not really evoke Lunenburg,” he says. “But, we’re not limiting it too much other than that I don’t think.”

The winners will be displayed at town hall.
