Bullying happens in more places than the playground or classroom.
It’s also being reported in the workplace.
A recent survey by OfficeTeam suggests 43 per cent of employees have dealt with a bully before.
When employees were asked how they responded to a bully, 27 per cent told their manager. Another 25 per cent confronted the bully, and 18 per cent did nothing.
Executive Director Robert Hosking says managers and staff should address bullying issues as quickly as possible.
Victims are enouraged to avoid being an easy target, keep your cool and try to resolve the situation.
