Charges have been laid after a suspicious, sudden death in Bridgewater.
An investigation by Bridgewater Police Service has led them to arrest a 26 year-old woman from Liverpool.
Police, firefighters and paramedics were called to a Marie Avenue home on April 28 for a 22 year-old woman in medical distress.
She was taken to South Shore Regional Hospital where she later died.
Police say the suspect will appear in Bridgewater court Friday morning on charges of manslaughter, criminal negligence causing death, trafficking in a controlled substance and breach of probation.
