An RCMP traffic stop in Sable River has resulted in drug charges.
Police conducted the stop on Wednesday.
A 44-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman of Shelburne were arrested without incident.
Both face one charge each of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
They have been released from custody and will appear in Shelburne Provincial Court on September 13.
