Job Creation Top Priority For Conservative Candidate

The Conservative candidate for South Shore – St. Margaret’s says his party is the only choice to keep Canada strong.

Richard Clark spoke to about 40 people at the Bridgewater and Area Chamber of Commerce.

He says he wants to follow in the footsteps of Gerald Keddy.

Clark feels people are growing tired of politicians making promises they can’t keep.

“Rather than making promises I’ll have to break, all that I will commit to do is fight each and every day for this riding and that means being a strong voice and lower taxes.”

Clark says he wants to stop outmigration to Western Canada by trying to create jobs in rural Nova Scotia, which he says is his top priority.

He adds, he wants to lower taxes for small businesses and invest in high speed internet for rural communities.
