A pair of Lunenburg County men who gave countless hours to basketball development are being recognized for their efforts.
Eric Dollivar and Jack Murphy are among six people to receive the Frank Baldwin Award.
The award is presented to individuals who have dedicated their time to building the sport of basketball.
This year two individuals will receive posthumous recognition along with four builders of the game including Dollivar and Murphy.
Basketball Nova Scotia says recipients and families will be recognized at halftime during the 2017 Bluenose Classic Basketball tournament Men’s Open Final on Sunday at the Canada Games Centre.
