Yarmouth Town RCMP are looking for a suspect in connection with an incident early last night.
Corporal John Stoddart says they responded to a call from a resident who reported a possible fight between two men on Regent Street.
He says a dark-coloured truck and a red truck were involved and there may have been a collision between the two vehicles.
Stoddart says several men were involved.
He says when officers arrived, the red truck had fled the scene and the black truck was on fire.
“A member saw a red vehicle fleeing the area of Yarmouth town. We didn’t find that vehicle (as of last night). One of the members located a male walking on the rails to trails near where the vehicle was left and burned. that subject was arrested.”
Cpl. Stoddart says the that individual will be questioned to try and determined what exactly took place.
