An estimated 9,690 people in South Shore – St. Margaret’s voted in advance polls.
Elections Canada released the figures following the voting days between October 9 and 12.
Over 113,000 people in Nova Scotia voted in advance polls.
That also includes about 8,574 in the riding of West Nova.
About 3.6-million Canadians voted, which is a 71 per cent increase from advance polls in 2011.
