The Health Services Foundation of the South Shore is looking for 100 women.
The group is preparing for its second annual Charm Diamond Centres Women’s Giving Circle.
Proposals have been received from different groups at hospitals in Lunenburg and Bridgewater.
Managing Director, Arleen Stevens, says they are for a variety of different items.
“Direct patient-care, hands-on, pieces of equipment. Some are comfort items and some are more part of a wellness initiative program.”
The women spend $100 and act as judges to choose the winning proposal and help raise at least $10,000.
The event is scheduled November 4 at the Best Western Plus in Cookville.
