A Bridgewater man was in court yesterday to face a charge of sexual assault.
Sixty-seven year old Darrell Scheepers was charged after Bridgewater Police Service received a complaint from an adult acquaintance.
Information gathered during the investigation led to a search of two properties in the town where a computer, electronic devices and accessories were seized.
Scheepers was remanded into Provincial Custody following his appearance in Bridgewater Provincial Court.
He’ll be back in court for a Bail Hearing Monday morning.
