RCMP in Annapolis County have laid charges following a house fire in Nictaux. Police say 42-year-old Anthony Scott Haynes is charged with several offenses including arson, mischief, uttering threats and breaching court orders. Firefighters quickly put out the fire on Old Runway Drive on Saturday night. However, the house sustained considerable damage. Haynes was arrested in the Middleton area and was expected to appear in Digby court on Monday.
