The local major bantam hockey team is raising money for Connor Hirtle.
The O’Regan’s Subaru Western Hurricanes host the All Credit Auto Senators tonight in Bridgewater.
A number of other local fundraisers have been held for Hirtle over the last few months.
Coach Shawn Woodworth says they want to contribute.
“We as a hockey club just want to take part in that and show our support to the Hirtle family and help them out in any way we can.”
All proceeds will go to Hirtle, who was paralyzed this summer after a swimming accident in PEI.
Tickets for the game cost $5.
The game starts at 7 p.m. at the Lunenburg County Lifestyle Centre.
