The Municipality of Lunenburg is prepping for Municipal Awareness Week.
The celebration will include a number of events where people in the community can interact with council and staff.
Deputy C.A.O. Alex Dumaresq says there’s even a behind-the-scenes look at the LCLC.
“If you have ever wondered how all that works,” he says. ” And you want to see all the back corners that the public never gets to see of our brand new world class recreation facility, you can sign up for a tour.
Dumaresq also says there will be a major focus on encouraging youth engagement this year.
Events will run all week from the 16th to the 22nd.
