A search for a missing Liverpool man is resuming this weekend.
Thomas Burke was reported missing July 17, 2017.
The initial search was suspended July 19.
RCMP say they will work with Ground Search and Rescue (GSAR) teams May 12 as they continue efforts to locate Burke.
The 28 year old was last seen at his Liverpool residence near midnight July 16 or 17.
The search will include GSAR teams from North and South Queens, Lunenburg, Annapolis Valley, and Barrington.
Residents near the Town Lake Road area in Liverpool are advised that they will see significant activity in the area, including an RCMP police dog and its handler.
Those in the area are asked to to check with officials on site before proceeding.
Burke is six feet tall with an average build, black hair, a black goatee, and brown eyes.
He was wearing a black ‘Ghostbusters’ t-shirt and brown cargo shorts.
Foul play is not suspected in his disappearance.
