A woman has been taken to hospital after she was hit by a car at a crosswalk in Bridgewater.
It happened around 10:30 this morning at the corner of Dufferin and King Streets.
Sgt. Ward Beck with Bridgewater Police says the woman didn’t appear to have serious injuries.
“Her injuries are undetermined at this time,” he says. “She’s going to the hospital for examination.”
The investigation is in the preliminary stage and it’s not known if charges will be laid.
