Commercial Building Might Replace Popular Car Wash

A commercial building might soon replace a popular car wash in Bridgewater. Bond Street Capital wants to construct a single story building on the property of Melissa’s Stop and Wash. They have applied to enter into a development agreement with the Town of Bridgewater to allow for the construction of the 4,400 square foot complex. Mayor David Walker believes it could be a nice addition to the downtown area.

However, it not yet known who the tenants of the commercial building could be. A public hearing on the matter has been set for August 12.
