A family of five is alright after supper-time fire in West Clifford. The fire started in the kitchen around 5 o’clock yesterday and quickly became more intense and spread. A 28 year-old man suffered some smoke inhalation. His partner and their three children were able to escape the home without injury. Several fire departments were called to helped fight the fire – including members from Tri-District Fire, Wileville, Hemford, Midville and Hebbville. The home suffered significant smoke and water damage. No word on the exact cause of the fire.
