Barbeque season is starting to wind down and MLAs are preparing to head back to Halifax.
The fall sitting of the Nova Scotia Legislature will get underway September 21 when the Lieutenant Governor will set out the government agenda with the speech from the throne.
The following week, Finance Minister Karen Casey will present the budget on September 26.
This will be the first legislative session since the McNeil Liberals were re-elected with a majority government in the spring.
