The court date for a former Lunenburg County teacher has been pushed back.
Brian Fogelson has been charged with sexual assault for incidents involving several youths, dating back to the seventies.
He was expected in court this morning to enter a plea.
However, his lawyer was unable to make it today for undisclosed reasons.
He is now scheduled to return on January 18th, 2016.
