An island-wide search continues in Grenada for former Lunenburg resident Linnea Veinotte.
The 36 year-old went missing in St. Georges on Sunday morning while running with her dog in the capital city of St. Georges.
The Royal Grenada Police Force has called in all past and off-duty police officers to help with the search.
It’s the first anything like this has happened in over 25 years.
Veinotte’s husband, Matt, has offered a reward of $50,000 Canadian dollars for information leading to whereabouts of his wife.
Veinotte moved to the country in August after accepting a position as a professor at St. George’s University.
