An island-wide search continues in Grenada for former Lunenburg resident Linnea Veinotte.
The 36 year-old went missing in St. Georges on Sunday morning while running with her dog.
The Royal Grenada Police Force confirms they have retrieved a bandana near the site where Veinotte was reported missing.
They are currently examining it.
Police have called in past and off-duty police officers to help with the search.
It’s the first time that’s happened in over 25 years.
Veinotte’s husband, Matt, has offered a reward of $50,000 Canadian dollars for information leading to the whereabouts of his wife.
