Warmer Temps and Sunshine for South Shore

Outside temperatures are definitely getting warmer and while Nova Scotia won’t likely see the heat that other provinces like New Brunswick and Quebec are expecting, we will see decent weather over the coming days.

Ian Hubbard, Meteorologist with Environment and Climate Change Canada, says a ridge of high pressure will bring nice weather for at least the next day or so.

“We’ll see another warm day tomorrow with Highs expected around 27 and again, winds cooler along parts of the coast; the humidex will make it feel like it’s a little bit warmer around 29 degrees,” says Hubbard.

Hubbard says while we will see ore sunshine early next week, temperatures will be much cooler in the mid to late teens.

“We’re looking at some possible showers for Saturday for the South Shore, we’re looking at sunny skies again for Sunday but with much cooler temperatures behind that,” adds Hubbard.
