South Shore Soccer Teams Do Well In Weekend Action

MacKenzie Sinclair scored a hat-trick, pacing the South Shore United under-14 girls soccer team to a 3-0 win Sunday over XFC from the New Glasgow-Antigonish area. Kay Dorey earned the shutout. It was the team’s home opener at Park View. Meanwhile, the South Shore boys Under-16 team managed a 1-1 tie with Dartmouth United. Matt Quigley was the lone scorer for South Shore, which is now tied for 2nd place in its division.
