The Plow it Forward campaign is in it’s second year.
The United Way in Lunenburg county is asking people to help those who are unable to clear their own driveways and sidewalks.
Co-ordinator Michael Graves says it can make a big difference for those who find winter storms stressful.
“It would put a lot of our senior’s and disabled peoples minds at rest,” he says. “Give them some peace and make living in their homes a little more enjoyable.”
Up to 25 cm of snow fell in some places along the South Shore.
With more precipitation in the forecast the task could get even harder in the coming days.
