The campaign kicked off today with Anti-Bullying Day.
Superintendent Scott Milner says by working together, people can stand and make a difference.
“In this case, it’s against bullying. We hope to expand that idea to other thoughts around literacy or mathematics or perhaps any other social and emotional aspect that we want to teach our children and spread to our communities.”
Milner says bullying is not just a school issue but also at work, online and within teams or clubs.
People can publicly take a stand against bullying and share their commitment on Twitter using the hashtag #togetherSSRSB .
