Mounties in Digby say a man is dead after he was allegedly shot over the long weekend. RCMP say they received a call on Victoria Day about a man suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The man’s name has not been released pending notification of his family. An autopsy will be performed later today in Halifax. Digby RCMP will continue their investigation, they aren’t saying if they have any suspects.
