RCMP have charged a 45-year-old man from Meteghan River in connection with a fatal collision in Yarmouth County.
The accident happened in the late afternoon of August 15 at the intersection of Highway 103 and the Eel Lake Road.
A woman from Middle West Pubnico died as a result.
Spokesperson Corporal Jennifer Clarke tells Acadia News the charge is Failing to Yield to Highway Traffic When Entering Highway and was laid by Yarmouth Rural RCMP.
The man is scheduled to appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court on October 26.
His name is not being released at this time.
