Upper Branch Woman Charged With Impaired Driving

A 55 year-old Upper Branch woman returns to court later this week after allegedly hitting a man with a vehicle.

RCMP were called to a home on Highway 331 in West Dublin late Sunday night.

A 56 year-old man was sent to Halifax hospital with serious injuries.

Tina Marie Ritcey was arrested.

She appeared in Bridgewater court today to face two counts of breach of probation and impaired driving causing bodily harm.

Ritcey remains in custody and will be back in court on Friday morning.
