Hank Snow’s Nashville Home Available For Rent

A home that has welcomed the likes of Elvis Presley and country music stars could be yours for a week.

Hank Snow’s Rainbow Ranch near Nashville is now owned by Cal and Sandy Blakney, who purchased it from Hank’s son, Jimmy.

The couple recently visited Queens during the Home Town Tribute in Liverpool.

Cal says it’s an opportunity to preserve Hank Snow’s memory.

“Around Nova Scotia that’s not an issue but, you know, so many times you talk to a younger person and they never heard of him and I hate for that to happen because he made such a contribution to country music.”

The house, which was built in 1951, includes original vinyl records to listen to and other originals including the kitchen table, shower and sofa.

It is available to rent for a week at a cost of $2,100 U.S. and can accommodate eight people.

Those people who may be interested in renting the home for a week can contact the Blakney’s at (780) 886-1495 or here .
