Two adults have been displaced by a fire in Yarmouth County.
The blaze, which occurred around 5am Saturday morning, extensively damaged the older wood-frame house they
rented on Highway 308 in Sluice Point.
The Red Canadian Cross says the man and woman are staying with relatives or friends for now, and disaster
volunteers have assisted both with emergency purchases of clothing, food and other essentials.
There were no injuries and there’s no word on the cause.
